Change his mouse to left handed configuration (assuming he's right handed, reverse if left handed).

Crawling Mouse
Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Mouse > Pointer Options, and change the mouse pointer to the slowest speed. If your victim isnt very computer-savvy, and doesnt know about this setting, they wont understand why their cursor is suddenly moving slower than a snail! |
